PUC Services Hosts Electrical Job Fair to Highlight Career Opportunities

Sault Ste. Marie, ON (January 22, 2026)— PUC Services is inviting members of the community to explore exciting career opportunities at its upcoming Electrical Job Fair, on Thursday, January 29, at the PUC head office located at 500 Second Line East (West-Side Entrance).

To accommodate a variety of schedules, the job fair will be held during two convenient time blocks:

• 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The event will highlight a range of union and management electrical positions, providing job seekers with the opportunity to speak directly with PUC staff to learn more about career paths within the organization, and ask questions about qualifications, training, and the application process.

Positions featured at the event will include, but are not limited to:

• Supervisor, Electrical Engineering
• Substation Electrician
• Electric System Operator
• Electrical Engineering Technician
• GIS & Records Technician
• GIS Editor

While resumes will be accepted at the job fair, all candidates must submit an online application to be considered for employment. Members of PUC Services’ People and Culture team will be onsite to provide guidance and support throughout the process.
