Sign Up for PUC E-Billing and You Could Win Up to $2,000 in Bill Credits

Sault Ste. Marie, Ont. (Thursday, Oct. 9th, 2025)

PUC is excited to announce the first two winners of our PUC Big Bill Credit Draw. Congratulations to Ronald Tombari and Alexandra Rahal for each winning a $250 bill credit for being enrolled in e-billing.

This giveaway is part of our six-week campaign to encourage customers to make the switch to e-billing, and there’s still time to enter! With four weeks remaining, customers who sign up for e-billing are automatically entered to win the following prizes:

·         $250 bill credits – Draws on Oct. 10 and Oct. 17

·         $500 bill credit – Draw on Oct. 24

·         $1,000 bill credit grand prize – Draw on Oct. 31

Already signed up? All customers enrolled in e-billing—whether before or during the campaign—are automatically included in the remaining draws. In total, PUC is giving away $2,500 in bill credits.

Why Now Is the Perfect Time to Switch

As of Thursday, Sept. 25, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers initiated a nationwide strike, suspending mail delivery across the country. This includes the delivery of your monthly bill from PUC Services and any payments you send by mail.

How This Will Affect You
We understand that many customers have relied on paper bills for years and may not be as familiar with online options. However, during a postal disruption, it's important to stay up to date with your account to avoid the risk of late fees.

Stay Connected with E-Billing
Customers can sign up for e-billing in two ways:

·         Through the MyPUC app, which allows users to link their account and begin receiving electronic bills automatically.

·         Through the Customer Connect portal, accessible via PUC’s website at www.puc.ca.

E-billing is the most reliable way to receive bills during a mail service disruption.

PUC encourages all customers to plan ahead and make use of available digital options like e-billing.
