OEB Scorecards

PUC Distribution Inc. is a Local Distribution Company (LDC) regulated by the Ontario Energy Board. 

The Scorecard is a tool that measures how well Ontario’s electricity distributors are performing each year and includes a pictorial representation and a Scorecard Management, Discussion and Analysis to explain the detail behind the scorecard numbers. This document highlights our performance in a number of key categories such as Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Safety and Reliability, Asset Management and Cost Control. PUC uses the scorecard to continue to improve productivity and focus on improvements that our customers value.
